Guidelines:
● Rain Date- Still on if just a sprinkle
Saturday: Nov 2 and Sunday Nov 3
Same time and setup as original date
● Vendors should commit to both days. The $75 total fee is for both days. If you can only do one day it will be Saturday as to not disturb the set up of other vendors. Break down is not permitted until 4pm and all guests are off the field.
Tents recommended. Must have proper anchors for your tent.
● Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax
● South Coast Vintage Market and Running Brook Vineyard is not responsible for any damages to vendor inventory or booth
● Vendors must park in designated parking area
● There is no power available for vendors
● All vendors are responsible for cleaning and removing any unsold goods after the event. Any trash, packing material and items not sold are to be removed by 4pm on Sunday.
● Please include signage and advertising for your business.
● Tables, chairs and tents are not provided
● Booth fees are non-refundable. Credit may be applied for future market days

We prefer vendors to sign up for both days. Set up is 8am Saturday you can choose to breakdown at 4pm and take your inventory or you may leave your booth overnight. If you need to re set up on Sunday again, time is 8am. You will need to provide your own Pop up tent and tables and chairs for your use.
